This is a game that was made available for free on the Uplay store in April 1st 2018. It follows the basic idle game and is filled with funny quotes. But unlike other idle games that go on forever, IdleBitCruncher freezes once a terabyte has been built up. This is possibly a teaser for Watch Dogs 3.
